How long does it take to manufacture regalia?

We are currently operating on a 4–6 weeks lead time for most made-to-order items. While some items are held in stock and ready for immediate dispatch, the majority of our regalia is crafted to order to ensure it meets the highest standards.
How do I determine the correct size for my regalia?

Choosing the correct size ensures your regalia is worn with the respect it deserves. For most items, a general size guide is available; however, we encourage Brethren to email sales@victoriaregalia.com with measurements or questions for personal guidance.

We accept returns of unused, standard items within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to make a return, please email sales@victoriaregalia.com in advance. Regrettably, custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Do you purchase old or used regalia?

No, we do not purchase second-hand regalia. However, this presents an excellent opportunity to invest in new regalia and respectfully pass the old on within your family or Lodge. If the item is inherited, we recommend contacting the Lodge it originally belonged to for further guidance.
Can you restore or repair regalia?

We may be able to assist with repairs or restoration, depending on the item’s condition. Please email a photo and description to sales@victoriaregalia.com, or bring the item to our Edinburgh store. We will assess and quote accordingly. Please note, we cannot provide costs without first reviewing the item.
Do you supply regalia for appendant orders or other Masonic bodies?
